Hubby’s buddy is trying to lose 15 to 30 pounds with fat burner. Wow, 15 to 30 pounds!
According to hubby, this buddy seems to have reached a plateau with his weight loss although he works out hard and consistently includes lots of cardio.
It’s my hope that he will lose weight slowly rather than lose weight rapidly.
