What a coincidence! While sharing some low cost health insurance info with a friend at her home last night, I was surprised that she used the same baby’s quiet sounds handheld video monitor.

Upon checking with her the price of the baby handheld video monitor when she bought it, well, the same price and discount rate as I bought it in 2008!

I think there must be reasons why this item does not give out discount higher than 14%, right?
