I feel happy for my brother-in-law who is so brave to switch to healthcare career at this bad economy.

Although he faces criticisms from relatives, he has us, the family members, to support his career switch. My sister doesn’t oppose to his decision, so why should he bother with the relatives’ criticisms?

In my opinion, healthcare career is very important in every society. It is not just a career though, it’s about caring and healing for the sick. It is both rewarding and challenging, presenting numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Another benefit of a healthcare career is the variety of disciplines to choose from and the numerous specialties that exist.

Wow, it’s been three weeks since I updated this blog! Okay, I have a confession to make! ^.^

My confession is that I have been busy updating my Facebook status these few weeks. I have been so hooked to browsing clothes and accessories at my favorite store/boutique Facebook pages that I don’t feel like updating this blog and another blog of mine.

I don’t think I am the only blogger who is so addicted to shopping at Facebook fashion stores/boutiques. Some of my blogging pals are even crazier than I am.

I thank God for healing hubby so quickly. He is now back to his old self, talking nonstop in front of me.

I wish his buddies would be here chatting with him so that I can focus on finding a leading nationwide provider of financial and healthcare related services to people with disabilities for a relative. :-(

This relative of mine is so desperate to know everything about the social security disability, a program designed by the Federal Government to provide monthly payments to disabled individuals.

It’s vital that he chooses the right company when it comes to Social Security Disability Insurance and Medicare issues so that he can get the social security disability benefits that he deserves faster.

It’s definitely a hot day today! Just had my third shower and it’s for sure that there will be two more showers before I hit the sack tonight.

This kind of weather always makes me lazy. The fewer activities I do, the less sweaty I am. Everything from washing dishes to cleaning toilets to moving boxes of cigars to throwing clothes into the washing machines has to wait until the sun sets and the air is cooler.

Speaking of cigars, they actually belong to a friend who will come pick up the boxes in a few days. They are available in cabinet presentation, where the cigars are banded together with a ribbon in a format that makes them ideal for aging and long-term storage.

Just came back from the clinic with hubby. Phew, thank God that hubby’s sickness is very mild with no fever yet!

I am also relieved that it’s Saturday tomorrow. This means hubby has two days to rest and get well.

Now that hubby is at home, I can get back to finding some home office furniture accessories including partitioning, office lighting and LCD screen accessories that can be delivered free to my home.

With health and safety such an important issue in the home office these days, ergonomics are an ever present consideration when it comes to choosing office furniture needs.

Oh, no, friends’ boys are all ready to dress up like Iron Man and other Super Heroes this Halloween! As for the girls, Dark Angel and Devil Grrrl costumes are among their choices.

A few friends’ tweens and teens have expressed their wish of wearing slutty thigh- and chest- baring “French maid” costumes this Halloween, but to no avail. Ha, no way will my friends allow those alluring costumes!

My friends and I all grew up wearing homemade costumes, you know. We had no chance like the kids in this century who can try out new personas and imagine themselves transformed in some edgy, scary way.

Okay, I am done with cooking a pot of plain porridge for hubby! As for hubby, he will be back in an hour’s time. This means I still have about 35 minutes to read some info or news.

Maybe I should go and update my Facebook status since I haven’t done it for a few days. :-)

You know, there was a time when I preferred Twitter to Facebook. But now, it’s the other way round. It’s more fun to update Facebook walls and read others’ updates.

I was supposed to gather some information about portable inogen oxygen concentrators right after looking for some stylish promo keychains for a friend, but I decided to do it later in the evening.

I am too worried about hubby’s sickness now! :-(

It’s better for me to do my online work after I finish cooking porridge and accompanying hubby to see a doctor. I want to make sure that he is okay before I resume my online work of writing a blog post about inogen oxygen concentrators. Do you know what they are?

I am not so sure. But so far, I know what oxygen concentrators are. Oxygen concentrators are used by patients in hospital rooms or at home with much more safety than oxygen tanks, right?
