What A Good Career Switch!

Friday, August 27th, 2010

I feel happy for my brother-in-law who is so brave to switch to healthcare career at this bad economy.

Although he faces criticisms from relatives, he has us, the family members, to support his career switch. My sister doesn’t oppose to his decision, so why should he bother with the relatives’ criticisms?

In my opinion, healthcare career is very important in every society. It is not just a career though, it’s about caring and healing for the sick. It is both rewarding and challenging, presenting numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Another benefit of a healthcare career is the variety of disciplines to choose from and the numerous specialties that exist.

Hot, Hot, Hot!

Friday, August 6th, 2010

It’s definitely a hot day today! Just had my third shower and it’s for sure that there will be two more showers before I hit the sack tonight.

This kind of weather always makes me lazy. The fewer activities I do, the less sweaty I am. Everything from washing dishes to cleaning toilets to moving boxes of cigars to throwing clothes into the washing machines has to wait until the sun sets and the air is cooler.

Speaking of cigars, they actually belong to a friend who will come pick up the boxes in a few days. They are available in cabinet presentation, where the cigars are banded together with a ribbon in a format that makes them ideal for aging and long-term storage.

Back To Doing Online Work!

Friday, August 6th, 2010

Just came back from the clinic with hubby. Phew, thank God that hubby’s sickness is very mild with no fever yet!

I am also relieved that it’s Saturday tomorrow. This means hubby has two days to rest and get well.

Now that hubby is at home, I can get back to finding some home office furniture accessories including partitioning, office lighting and LCD screen accessories that can be delivered free to my home.

With health and safety such an important issue in the home office these days, ergonomics are an ever present consideration when it comes to choosing office furniture needs.

Continue With Online Work In The Evening

I was supposed to gather some information about portable inogen oxygen concentrators right after looking for some stylish promo keychains for a friend, but I decided to do it later in the evening.

I am too worried about hubby’s sickness now! :-(

It’s better for me to do my online work after I finish cooking porridge and accompanying hubby to see a doctor. I want to make sure that he is okay before I resume my online work of writing a blog post about inogen oxygen concentrators. Do you know what they are?

I am not so sure. But so far, I know what oxygen concentrators are. Oxygen concentrators are used by patients in hospital rooms or at home with much more safety than oxygen tanks, right?

Dear Hubby Is Sick

Friday, August 6th, 2010

Just now while I was busy looking for some stylish and easy to distribute promo keychains for a friend who’s organizing a sports event soon, hubby called and informed that he would be back in the afternoon. Apparently, my dear hubby has fallen sick!

He was perfectly fine this morning before leaving for work. Maybe it’s the frequent walking in and out of the office due to his job nature that brought about sickness.

If I was like hubby having to be exposed to the heat outside the office for a hour and then coldness in the office for another hour, my migraine would surely catch up with me and my head would feel like going to be explode throughout the day.
