It’s weird that hubby hasn’t got his bonus yet. It’s February already!
Hubby doesn’t seem to be bothered much by the late bonus. I care so much because I need the money to pay off some of our personal debt borrowed from friends.

Now I know why my eyes were dry and itchy the other day. There was a tear on one of the lens!
Thank God that there was no eye infection that needed me to spend money on seeing an eye specialist.
Hubby spent more than $75 on his last visit to an eye specialist last year! Guess what? What he got was a tiny bottle of eye drop that he could buy at the local pharmacy.
With $75, I could buy 3 anti wrinkle creams.
Or better still, save the money in my personal saving account.
This morning, hubby was kind of worried and asked if we would have enough to survive until the next payday after New Year holidays.
Of course, there is enough money. So long as there aren’t unexpected expenses like car repairs or medical bills, we surely have enough money in hand for food and other expenses.
Although there is sufficient cash in hand, it’s my hope that hubby doesn’t simply buy working tools or tv stands.
It’s always the small stuffs or expenses that cause the leaking of money.
If my budget allowed, I would like every old and broken item, decor or appliance in the house to be gotten rid of or replaced with new ones.
Of course, it’s impossible to replace every old thing in the house with new ones. It’s either to replace This or That, not Both or All.
So, it’s either to change the HAVC filters or air-cond filters prior to Christmas.
Speaking of Christmas, it’s kind of sad not to be able to spend as much money on Christmas gifts as last year.
So, booking one of the orlando vacations came across the other day or saving the money for Christmas shopping season?
Well, if you are still employed and have lots of savings, you get to spend money on both the vacation and Christmas shopping.
Hubby and I are lucky although we can only opt for either the vacation or the Christmas shopping. It’s fine that we can’t choose both due to money strains.
We are still luckier than some friends who are jobless. They can neither go for vacations nor spend much money on Christmas gifts and decorations.
