Hubby was supposed to meet some mortgage lenders this morning, but decided to cancel the appointments. The reason was that he had to pay his buddy a visit at the hospital. His buddy gave birth to a baby boy last night.

I had seen these Cloud b Twilight Turtle - Constellation Night Lights in a magazine and thought they were creative and unique. I bought one for myself and another one as baby gift for my niece who has problem sleeping in a dark room.

A video monitor is the only way to go. After reading a few reviews, this Summer Infant Baby’s Quiet Sounds Color Handheld Video Monitor had the best reviews, no doubt about it.

The video allows you to check without running up the stairs or getting out of bed. Also, if our baby wakes up and gets a little fussy, but is likely to go back to sleep on her own, I can check on her without going into the room.

The sound on this Handheld Video Monitor is incredible.The picture is not high definition, but it is plenty serviceable and much better than what I have read of reviews of other similar products.
