There is a cellulite treatment program that I would like to give my best buddy as her birthday gift.

Like me, she is also trying to get rid of her stubborn cellulite problem with cellulite creams, cellulite shorts, cellulite treatments to name a few. I think it’s time I share with her how I have reduced my cellulite recently.

My buddy is like me - no strenuous workout, please. Getting rid of cellulite problem through doing strenuous exercise is a no no for both of us. I did it all in just 12 weeks without dieting, without depriving myself or ever feeling hungry and without painful, strenuous exercise!

Be realistic, okay. Don’t force yourself to lose from a size 12 to a size 8 within 2 weeks or 4 weeks. There was a mama who lost 40 pounds in 2 weeks! Amazing, man.

Sharp-tongued style gurus Trinny and Susannah treated Adelaide shoppers to some fierce fashion advice 2 weeks ago. The British stars of the hit makeover show What Not To Wear held a styling session at Westfield Marion as part of a week-long national tour.

Crowds cheered and clapped as the inimitable duo slapped their cellulite on stage, pulled their form-fitting knickers off and on under their dresses, and pulled up horrified audience members for impromptu styling.

They get approached by women of all ages, from young girls to grandmothers and men as well. So how do Australian women compare with their overseas sisters in the fashion stakes?

According to Susannah, Australian woman are on a par with British women in terms of bad bra-wearing. They’ve probably seen 20,000 women since they’ve been in the southern hemisphere and she would say two have been wearing the right bra.

Crowds lined up for two hours to watch the show, jostling at the end to squeeze in autographs and personal fashion questions.

The two are also known for their weekly column in Britian’s Sun newspaper, five internationally best-selling books, and Original Magic Knickers range.

They both agree Cate Blanchett and Nicole Kidman are Australia’s two best dressed hot mamas.

“Women get a lot of their inspiration from celebrities. The problem is when they try to emulate someone whose body shape they do not have,” the inimitable duo said.
